Marlboro Ridge eMail Bulletin: Community Updates

published: January 3rd, 2022 by in Uncategorized

Greetings Marlboro Ridge Homeowners,

We hope you all had an enjoyable holiday season. The following reminders are for your review:

Please limit parking on the street, if possible, to make snow plowing more efficient. All county roads are maintained by the county and concerns should be reported by dialing 311.

Streets and sidewalks within the townhome communities are serviced by the Association. Sidewalk service will begin once the accumulation subsides. If you have any concerns, please email the general manager at The inlets at the end of the streets are for piling snow, not parking. Any vehicle parked in those areas are subject to immediate towing.

Covid cases are surging within the county. In an effort to keep everyone safe, please make sure you wear your mask when entering the building and keep it on during the entire visit.

The Christmas tree collection takes place on Mondays for the entire month of January. Please remember to secure all trash for pick-up on Wednesday in order to prevent trash accumulation within the community.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to serving you in the New Year! Please be safe.
